The xD card fit into the Delkin unit smoothly, and the unit slid into the Canon Printer's CF slot without a problem. I am happy with Delkin, but Canon gets only '2 stars' for misleading buyers in their 'sales pitch' about all the media card types that it's printer takes - not mentioning that you need adapters for about 5 types of cards.
I bought this to use with the Epson P3000 and my Olympus Stylus 790SW camera. It works fine on my CF card reader for my PC, but unfortunately it does not work on the Epson P3000. All was not lost, the Epson can use the USB connection to connect to the camera and download images that way.So, it works just fine on my PC, but not at all on the Epson P3000.
The adaptor cannot be inserted in the CFII slot of my card reader - HD (Digimate). Only a few times, pressing hard in certain angle I got to read the xD card keeping pressure during the transfer process.
Just got this and tried it in my Olympus E-500. Works great. Works in my card reader as well to allow access to the photos from my computer.
the xD card fit without any clearance problems. However, it did not work with any xD card to adapt to my P3000. Tech department at Delkin admitted that this was a problem they were unable to solve. Sony MS to CF adaptor works fine.
